Now Lets Sart::

1) open Start ---> RUN ---> type "CMD"
2) Type A Path Where Your File Located..

my file size is 274 KB
274 KB = 280576 bytes  (1 KB  = 1024 bytes )

Now Lets Increase File Size ..hhmm......1MB

1 MB = 1048576 bytes

convert 1048576 bytes into HEX number For That Simply Use Calculator ...!!

ANS : 100000 (HEX value)

Last For 0000 for CX register....

so for RCX enter 0000

& for RBX enter 0010 (first four value of HEX)

You Done It...!!

Also Using This Method You Can Decrease File Value...!!!
